Las Vegas Homes for Sale

In 2018, Las Vegas is predicted to have the fastest growing real estate market in the U.S. That’s due to a booming economy bolstered by the addition of a large number of sports facilities, including T-Mobile Arena, the Raiders footbal stadium and the Las Vegas 51s, the city’s baseball team, moving into a new $150 million Summerlin stadium in 2019.

Buying a home in Las Vegas is not easy, given the tight 1.5 months inventory, but there is good news, for home buyers at least. In April 2018, single family residential (SFR) home sales were down 9% from March, and essentially flat from a year earlier.

This comes on the heels of The Wall Street Journal reporting that Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway is now America’s second largest real-estate broker (paywall).
