According to Las Vegas REALTORS®, the median price of existing single-family residences sold in Southern Nevada in Dec. 2020 was $345,000. That matches the all-time record for existing local home prices set in November. It’s also up 10.2% from a median price of $312,990 in Dec. 2019.

Condos

Las Vegas REALTORS® reports that the median price, the midway point, of local condos and townhomes sold in Dec. 2020 was $186,000. While that’s down from November 2020, it’s still up 4.5% compared to $178,000 in Dec. 2019.

Land

There are 802 properties listed in the Las Vegas and Henderson MLS, ranging from $21 million to $8,000 with a median list price of $320,000. The median list price per acre offered is $400,000.
